REAP Report Presentation on June 7, Tuesday (7:00 – 9:00pm)

You are invited to a REAP!  REAP stands for Regional Economic Analysis Process. It is a process that helps regions identify their economic strengths, weaknesses, and strategic opportunities.  The Manitoba Rural Development staff has prepared a report on demographic, labour, and business data for the Town of Melita and the Municipality of Two Borders. The REAP Report will be presented to community leaders on June 7, 2016 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at The Melita Legion Hall.

At this presentation, you will also take part in discussions to identify priorities and opportunities for the region.  We hope you will be able to attend as it is very important that a committed group of community leaders take part in these discussions in order to identify strategic priorities and actions that are needed in our region to strengthen and improve our economy.

To reserve a seat, kindly call Iris Vercaigne, Town of Melita’s Economic Development Officer, at 204-522-3413 or email at melitadev@hotmail.com on or before June 3, 2016.
