The Town of Melita and the Melita Economic Development Committee are actively sourcing a developer for a new residential development.  The land has been surveyed and has engineered plans.

Other land locations on private property are in the process of re-zoning/sub-dividing for commercial and/or residential lots.

There are limited private residential lots that are available for purchase. 

There are also limited private commercial and town properties available for purchase.
