Meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. In order to make an appearance at a council meeting, please call the town office and set up an appointment.

The Town of Melita uses the CodeRed system, provided by Emergency Communications Network, to notify residents and businesses of emergencies, time-sensitive, and general information.
There are times the Town will communicate information to the public about important meetings, open houses, or other general information of importance. When you enroll, you have the option of receiving emergency notifications only or both.
The Town encourages all residents to enroll their contact information including cellphone numbers and email addresses. If you are unsure of whether your contact information is in the emergency database, or you have recently moved or changed your telephone number, it is important to visit the enrollment page below to add or update your information.

The CodeRED® system will be used to send critical communications, from evacuation notices to missing child alerts.
